Multiples adopted together deduct $25 per cat from the base fee before other discounts.

Animal Surrender Form
Norris Ark reserves the right to refuse any animal for any reason. Submission of a surrender form does not guarantee the animal will be accepted into the program.

Stray Animal Release to Owner Form
Proof of ownership is required to reclaim an animal that has been surrendered to Norris Ark as a stray. All stray animals are held for 10 days to attempt to reunite them with their owners. After that time has elapsed, they become property of Norris Ark and are prepared for adoption.
