This stunning and very athletic doggo was going to be a service dog. Unfortunately his recovery rate in new places wasn't up to par so he had to change careers. He is suitable to be an ESA or a pet. Since his service training has ceased he has become more and more lonely and depressed. He really needs a person to call his own.
He has good recall and knows several cues such as Sit, Down, Stand, Kennel, Spot, Drop, Up, and Off. He is a master at crawling on cue. He also has some basic service task training for self harm and falls.
Fehler would rather hang out with a person, get belly scratches, and play silly games than socialize with other dogs. He would LOVE a home with a good amount of space to run or a human that enjoys outdoor activities such as running or biking.
It is far past time for this lovely dog to find a home. He has been here for nearly 3 years, one of our longest guests.

🛑 Cats are a work in progress. Supervision is required currently.
🛑 Gets very nervous in new environments. Patience and care is needed when taking him somewhere new.
